The website runs on the AFFIX platform (LTD AFFIX SERVICE, affix.ge). AFFIX only provides the technology; it is not the seller and is not a party to your purchase or booking.

Products, services and prices on the website are an invitation to order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order or booking, usually by email or SMS. Please check your order before you submit it; you can correct mistakes until then.

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the website and include the taxes that apply, unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by the payment provider; we do not see or store card details.

Delivery times, areas and costs are shown on the website and at checkout. If we cannot deliver an order, we tell you and refund what you paid.

If you are a consumer, the law of your country may give you the right to withdraw from a purchase made online within 14 days without giving a reason - for example in the EU/EEA, the UK and Georgia. For goods, the period starts on the day you receive them; for services, on the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example by email) before the period ends. We refund your payment, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving it, using the same means of payment; for goods we may wait until we have received them back or you have shown that you sent them. Unless we say otherwise, you pay the direct cost of returning goods.

As the law allows, the right does not apply for example to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that spoil quickly, sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons, or services for a specific date (such as bookings of accommodation, events or tables). If you asked us to start a service during the withdrawal period, you pay for what was provided until you withdraw.

If goods or services are not as described or are faulty, you have the rights your law gives you, such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. These terms do not limit them.

The content of the website belongs to us or our licensors. Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break into it or by sending unlawful content through its forms.

We are liable under the law for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Bamboo is established. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.
